How Patricia practices self-care

I usually try to deal with my work-related emotions while at work, not after work. I leave work at work and move on with my personal life. I prioritize time to unwind as I enter back into my life. After work, I try listening to music or meditating as a way to feel calm. I also make time for friends to help me unwind and feel connected. Meditation is also a way to help me reset and reduce my stress. Full spotlight here.
