Our October Newsletter

October 2020 – The fall season is officially underway. Whilst October traditionally represents beautiful changes in color, cozy sweaters, and Halloween fun, we recognize that this fall is quite different for so very many of you filled with uncertainty from the pandemic to the upcoming elections and everything in between. It seems quite fitting that October includes many important dates for mental health.

On Saturday, October 10, we recognize World Mental Health Day. We thank those who work tirelessly in the field to help people recognize the importance of mental health and of seeking treatment when needed to help overcome the silence that can often accompany mental health issues.

In honor of World Mental Health Day, we are offering 25% off all of our online professional trainings through October 31 and we have launched another free lesson.

We also recognize October as being Pregnancy, Infant & Child Loss Awareness Month. We understand that for those who know the pain of losing a child at any stage of life, that this change of season can also be triggering and emotional.

We are here for everyone who needs guidance during this transitional month, and beyond, and we thank our community for being part of our important conversations in support of mental well-being. We wish you resilience, grit, and an abundance of self-compassion as we continue to navigate uncertain times.
